Shipping information
Our parcels are sent exclusively with the Austrian Post AG. The domestic shipping partner guarantees fair payment and delivers every parcel intact to its destination.
We will be closed for business from December 23, 2025, to January 7, 2026. During this period, no online store orders or handle sample requests will be processed. The delivery times described for the individual products will be valid again from January 7, 2026.
If an order consists of several products with different delivery times, it will be shipped in one package. The delivery time of the product with the longest delivery time applies to the entire order.

Delivery time:
Delivery times may vary depending on the product category. Information on the relevant delivery time can be found in the general product information (below the unit price). In general, delivery times are as follows: For products in the "Bathroom & Sauna" and "Kitchen & Dining" categories, the delivery time is approximately 3-6 days (shipping destination: Austria & Germany). Products in the "Bedroom" category are custom-made. Pillowcases and duvet covers are individually made Linen manufactory Vieböck you in the sewing shop Linen manufactory Vieböck after your order is received; the delivery time is listed as a maximum of 30 days. The delivery time for products in the "Outdoors and On the Go" category, "Summer Blanket with Carrying Strap" and "Summer Blanket without Carrying Strap," is a maximum of 14 days.
