Natural raw linen.

This natural raw linen is used for maturing a wide variety of dough pieces. The pure linen article "222", also known as baker's linen, is used in large bakeries and also in the private kitchens of passionate hobby bakers. It is a robust, purist material.

Our raw baker's linen is used for "rising" all dough pieces. The moisture-regulating properties of the material prevent the dough from drying out. In addition, the dough cannot stick to the smooth linen fibers.

We produce bakers' cloths in two standard sizes from this popular, natural-colored linen fabric:
Baker's linen pastry cloth: 50 x 80 cm
Baker's linen dough cloth: 50 x 140 cm

Please dust the baker's cloth with a little flour before use.
