Baking cloth in special size.
Instead of the usual Length 80 cm, this baker's cloth is slightly smaller (Length: 70 cm after the first wash).
The dough cloth made from pure Mühlviertel linen is the perfect gift for all bread baking fans! Even large bakeries use our sustainably produced baker's cloth made from pure linen. The reliable, natural linen fiber of this store towel prevents the dough pieces from sticking and drying out during the proofing time. Before use, dust the linen cloth with flour and fold the dough pieces into folds. The dough pieces must then be covered with the second half of the cloth.
