Longer fresh with linen
Longer durability thanks to linen: The positive properties of tried-and-tested linen are obvious: breathable, moisture-regulating and antibacterial. The linen woven in the Mühlviertel region preserves the edibility of the baked goods, and the reliable bread bag also prevents the formation of mold. The bag can be tightened and closed using a sewn-in linen cord.

The dough cloth made from pure Mühlviertel linen is the perfect gift for all bread baking fans! Even large bakeries use our sustainably produced baker's cloth made from pure linen. The reliable, natural linen fiber of this store towel prevents the dough pieces from sticking and drying out during the proofing time. Before use, dust the linen cloth with flour and fold the dough pieces into folds. The dough pieces must then be covered with the second half of the cloth.

The bread bags are lovingly sewn for you by Christine and the baking cloths by Andrea and Ulli. The high-quality linen was of course woven in our own weaving mill in Helfenberg.

Household tips:
Store the filled and sealed bread bag in a drawer to further increase the shelf life of the food. Use your linen bread bag when you go shopping, so you avoid unnecessary packaging paper and the baked goods are wrapped in the protective linen right from the start.
