Pulling strudel dough with linen.
This fine cloth made of pure linen has a high density and is a particular help when "pulling out" the strudel dough. Due to the smooth linen fibers and the high-quality fabric from old craftsmanship, the strudel dough does not stick to the linen cloth. Please dust the linen with a little flour before use.

The strudel cloths are lovingly sewn for you by Andrea and Ulli. The linen was of course woven in our own weaving mill in Helfenberg. More information about employees and the weaving mill.
Our strudel cloth is often used in combination with tea towels purchased.

Tip:
Measuring 100 x 120 cm, this white pure linen cloth can also be used as a tablecloth. Please wash 2-3 times at 60° before first use.
