The pit cloth
A design with history: The dark and sinister design of this cloth has a very specific reason: These black pit cloths were once used in mining. The miners used the cloth to dry their daily washing. Due to the dark colors, the black coal dirt was not immediately visible.
Andrea and Ulrike sew these pit cloths for you with a lot of love. The semi linen was of course woven in our weaving mill in Helfenberg. More information about employees and the weaving mill.

Material: 50% linen and 50% cotton
The advantages of a linen towel:
Linen is an extremely absorbent and above all natural Material.Before first use, please wash 2-3 times at 60° to achieve full absorbency. Enjoy the soothing peeling effect when drying with linen.
